Totedora currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing, Transit, and Cut-Off Timeframes

For complete transparency, all order-related timelines are explained below in one place.

Processing (Handling) Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality checks
  • Secure packing and shipment preparation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Transit (Shipping) Time

Once an order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday).

Transit time refers to the period after dispatch when the package is with the courier and en route to the delivery address. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery timeframe is 6–9 business days.

This includes:

  • 2–3 business days for processing
  • 4–6 business days for shipping transit

Delivery timeframes begin once the order is successfully placed and confirmed.

Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will enter our processing queue on the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day

Shipping Fee

Shipping is completely free on all orders.

  • No shipping charges are added at checkout
  • No hidden or additional fees apply
  • The total shown at checkout is the final amount paid

Free shipping applies automatically to every order.

Totedora ships orders within the United States using trusted and reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Orders may be shipped via one or more of the following carriers, depending on destination and service availability:

Carrier selection is handled automatically and does not affect processing time or estimated delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking information.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Address changes can only be requested before the order is shipped
  • Once an order has been dispatched, address modifications are not possible

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, Totedora is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts. Any issues caused by incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, peak shipping volumes, incorrect address information, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. Totedora is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

Damaged Packages During Transit

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. Timely reporting allows us to review and assist more effectively.
